Returns & Exchanges

At Relatable, we want you to love every purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
